The main focus of the Oshawa Lady B’s U19 is continued skill development while building mental, physical capabilities and further improving confidence.

 

Development within the Oshawa Lady B's U19 program will take on many forms, focusing on long term player and team development. 

 By way of:

• Continued development of fundamental movements

• Use the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Framework to develop and optimize the physical capabilities of our female athletes.

• Develop mental and life skills which will are transferable to the future growth and wellbeing of each athlete.

• Promote TeamWork, Communication, Hard Work and Dedication all in a fun and competitive atmosphere.

2022 Accomplishments:

• 1st place season finish CEWFL U19 as a U17 team

• 4th place finish at PWSA U17 Grand Championship - A Division

• Gold medalists at Brantford Queen of the Diamonds - B Division
