Welcome to the Lady B's U17 Program

The Oshawa Lady B’s U17 program is one that focuses on team unity, skill development, and a positive attitude.  We strive to be humble in our winnings, and gracious in our defeats.  Although each player has different skill levels to start, we actively strive to get all players to an even skill level. 

Addressing each players individual abilities, both physically and mentally, is at the core of our coaching focus. Players learn not only how to play but they learn the mental game as well.  A sound skill set can be coached and developed but the ability to understand what to do in any game situation is the key to overall success.  The ability to know how to play the game breeds confidence and a desire to become the best one can be.
